JARDY Group's Approach

Immediate Response

In the aftermath of a fire, timing is critical. Our 24/7 emergency response team ensures a rapid and efficient assessment of the damage, allowing us to initiate the restoration process promptly.

Comprehensive Assessment

We conduct a thorough assessment to understand the extent of the damage. This includes identifying areas affected by the flames, heat, smoke, and soot, as well as assessing structural integrity by allowing the structure to “speak for itself”.

Smoke Odor Removal

Smoke odor can linger long after a fire. Our advanced techniques and state-of-the-art equipment effectively eliminate persistent odors, ensuring that your property is not only restored physically but also smells fresh and clean.

Soot Removal and Cleaning

Soot particles can adhere to surfaces, causing long-term damage if not addressed promptly. Our team employs specialized cleaning methods to remove soot and restore surfaces to their pre-damage condition.

Structural Restoration

Fire damage often compromises the structural integrity of a property. We specialize in structural restoration, ensuring that your building is safe, secure, and compliant with all safety regulations.

Fire, Smoke, & Soot Residual Damage

Fire damage occurs with a wide range of severity, from minor smoke/soot damage to total destruction. Whatever the severity, most fire victims, as well as field adjusters, find themselves in “uncharted waters” mainly because there are no truly typical occurrences after a fire, commercially or residentially.

The Post-Fire Event

In addition to the disruption of your customary living or working patterns, you are required to make crucial decisions that have a long-term impact on your personal life, business, and finances. Often, these decisions lack a solid basis for making sound choices.

The Effects of Fire, Smoke, and Soot Damage

After a fire event, damage extends beyond buildings to include contents, posing crucial questions about severity and proper treatment.

Businesses, eager to resume operations, prioritize restoration time, heavily influenced by insurance companies’ responsiveness. The unique nature of each fire damage situation complicates recovery.

The victim’s strong desire to return to normal is often balanced by the need for proper remedial actions. Uncertainty about insurance coverage and available funds adds pressure, while unfamiliarity with post-fire damage makes it challenging to set accurate expectations.

External influences, like co-workers, relatives, friends, and the internet, further impact victims’ perceptions.

Conducting a Thorough and Scientifically Grounded Assessment

To alleviate these concerns dramatically, we involve our patent-pending solution known as the Emergency Inspection Restoration Process (EIRP).

Before initiating any emergency services, conducting an EIRP is essential to assess the required materials, equipment, and scope. EIRP also involves on-site neutralization of post-fire residues on both contents and the building.

This process is specifically focused on emergency mitigation work, with subsequent inspections for permanent repairs/replacement as needed. EIRP encompasses the evaluation of health and safety hazards, ranging from indoor air quality (IAQ) to structural issues.

Depending on the situation, EIRP may employ various techniques, utilizing accurate observations and field experience.

Effective Emergency Restoration for Structures and Contents

Ensuring prompt and effective control of odor and corrosion is a top priority for preserving both the structural integrity and contents of homes.

In industrial facilities, special attention is given to electronic equipment and electrical panels following fire exposure. The restoration process also includes structural drying, removal of acidic residues, application of protective coatings, and the installation of Gas-phase HEPA Air Filtration units to stabilize indoor air quality (IAQ) after a post-fire event.

Prioritizing IAQ stabilization over less time-sensitive damage is crucial in the built environment. Immediate implementation of neutralizing and cleaning procedures, right after extinguishing the fire, is emphasized—eliminating costly delays commonly observed in many cases today.
